Tammy's Nails

Waited 10 min in the lobby which was fine, then told to take a seat in the pedicure chair. Waited 30 min there until my water went cold. I was still ok and willing to wait but then they sat 3 me people next to me and started working on them. I told the girl I had now been there for 40 min.... and no the people didn't have an appt. She started talking to the other workers and then said ok we'll get you next. Seriously this is the third time I have gone and waited over an hour. I decided to leave. I'm all good with a wait but don't put my in the water for over 30 min with nothing and then start working on someone else that just got there

The prices are fair and the ladies are very nice. I love that they are open on Sunday as most other nail salons are not. The service was fast and they did a great job. They have massage chairs which were wonderful and time to relax. I had a manicure and pedicure with regular polish as for my job I have to remove it at times. Overall I'm satisfied with the experience I had today. I do wish that they had the bags that go in the feet bowl though because I'm slightly a germaphobe and it's a good peace of mind seeing those used.

I took myself and my two daughters to get our nails and toes done. We asked when scheduling to all sit together. When we showed up they said they had no room and we sat on opposite sides. We spend close to $400 that day. By the time I got home one did nail already cracked off, and by 3 days later, half cracked off. I returned for a quick fix. They told me didn't get my nails done by them and I would have to pay. I showed them pictures with time stamps over the last 3 days with the progression of the nails falling off and ripping my nails in the process. I pointed out who did them and then also showed them my bank statement with the transition. 2 workers began to argue and it was uncomfortable as the augured who would have to fix them. Then I was told to find another color. I explained they matched my toes. They told me they lost the color. I walked to the tech table and handed it to them since it was still in the same spot as 3 days ago. They were rude and unapologetic about the situation. Won't be spending $ there again.
